The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across all social media platforms. This role works closely with Marketing Managers and the Marketing Media Crew to ensure consistent branding, audience engagement, and effective promotion of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Plan and manage daily content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals Write captions, posts, and messaging that reflect the brand voice Coordinate with the Marketing Media Crew for photos, videos, and creative assets Monitor engagement (comments, messages, reviews) and respond in a timely manner Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates Run and manage social media promotions, giveaways, or ad campaigns when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how they work Excellent written communication skills Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and media teams Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts or campaigns Creativity and awareness of current social trends

Preferred Qualifications Experience managing business or brand social media accounts Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Basic photo/video editing skills Experience with paid social media advertising

Work Environment Fast-paced, digital-focused role Primarily remote or office-based with occasional on-site content coordination Flexible hours depending on posting schedules and campaign timing
