The Marketing Media Crew is responsible for capturing, producing, and delivering high-quality visual content that supports marketing campaigns. Working closely with Marketing Managers, this team brings brand stories to life through photography and videography.

Key Responsibilities Capture professional photos and videos for marketing campaigns, events, and promotions Collaborate with Marketing Managers to understand campaign goals and creative direction Edit and produce engaging visual content for social media, websites, and advertisements Maintain and organize media assets (photos, videos, raw files, etc.) Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging Assist in planning shoots, including location scouting, lighting setup, and equipment preparation Stay up to date with current trends in digital media and content creation

Required Skills & Qualifications Basic to intermediate experience with photography and videography Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar) Strong creative eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling Ability to follow direction and collaborate with a team Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Attention to detail and consistency in brand presentation

Preferred Qualifications Experience working on marketing or promotional content Knowledge of social media platforms and content formats Familiarity with camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording

Work Environment Fast-paced, creative team environment May involve both indoor and outdoor shoots Flexible schedule depending on project and campaign needs
